is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:
77. (a).
(2) To forge, counterfeit or duplicate or to attempt to forge,
counterfeit or duplicate or to manufacture, construct or possess any
paraphernalia for use in such forging, counterfeiting or duplicating,
with fraudulent intent, [and] any certificate of title, registration
card, permanent registration plate, permit or any other official docu-
ment issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles, or, with the
intent to defraud, to possess, give away, sell or attempt to sell any
forgery, counterfeit or duplication thereof.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.

(Senate Bill 74)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 1(f) of
Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and
1966 Supplement), title "Elections," subtitle "Supervisors of Elec-
tions and Employees," correcting an error in the law relating to
the manner of confirmation of appointments of members or sub-
stitute members to the Boards of Supervisors of Elections in Dor-
chester and Kent counties.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 1(f) of Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition and 1966 Supplement), title "Elections," subtitle
"Supervisors of Elections and Employees," be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
1.
(f) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, in Dorchester
County and [of] in Kent County, at any time when there is no
Senator elected from the respective county who is a resident of the
county, the confirmation of any appointment of a member or substi-
tute member to the board or any vacancy thereof shall be made by
Delegates elected from the respective county.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.
