(Senate Bill 63)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 20 (d) of
Article 52 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1966 Supplement),
title "Justices of the Peace," subtitle "Criminal Jurisdiction,"
correcting an error in the laws relating to authorizing trial magis-
trates in Talbot County to grant probation without verdict in cases
involving violation of the law prohibiting possession of alcoholic
beverages by minors.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 20 (d) of Article 52 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1966 Supplement), title "Justices of the Peace," subtitle
"Criminal Jurisdiction," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
20.
(d) In the case of any person charged with a violation of Section
[119 (c)] 118 (c) of Article 2B of this Code, as amended from time
to time, (possession of alcoholic beverages by minors), the trial
magistrates shall have the power to grant probation without verdict
and to make such orders as to probation as are authorized in subsec-
tion (a) of this section.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 77 (a)
(2) of Article 66˝ of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
Edition and 1966 Supplement), title "Motor Vehicles," subtitle
"Administration—Registration—Titling," correcting an error in
the laws relating to fraudulent or illegal registration and titling
of motor vehicles.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

Maryland (1957 Edition and 1966 Supplement), title "Motor Ve-
hicles," subtitle "Administration—Registration—Titling," be and it
