sible for the enforcement of this section. IT SHALL BE THE DUTY
OF THE LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS OF HARFORD
COUNTY TO REPORT OBSERVED VIOLATIONS TO THE
STATE'S ATTORNEY OF HARFORD COUNTY.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.

AN ACT to add a new Section 232B to the Code of Public Local
Laws of Harford County (1965 Edition, being Article 13 of the
Code of Public Laws of Maryland), title "Harford County," sub-
title "County Commissioners," to follow immediately after Section
232A thereof, as this section was enacted by Chapter 62 of the
Acts of 1966, authorizing the County Commissioners of Harford
County to create an Airport Commission, providing generally for
the members, powers, duties, compensation and operations of the
airport commission and of the County Commissioners of Harford
County in relation thereto, and relating generally to the study,
support, and improvement of aviation facilities in Harford County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 232B be and it is hereby added to the Code of
Public Local Laws of Harford County (1965 Edition, being Article
13 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Harford
County," subtitle "County Commissioners," to follow immediately
after Section 232A thereof, as this section was enacted by Chapter
62 of the Acts of 1966, and to read as follows:
(a) The Board of County Commissioners of Harford County may
create an Airport Commission of Harford County, with the members,
powers, duties, functions, and operations provided in this section.
(b) If created, there shall be three members of the commission,
to be selected and appointed by the Board of County Commissioners
of Harford County. Of the members first appointed to the commis-
sion, one shall be appointed for an initial term of two years, one
shall be appointed for an initial term of three years, and one shall
be appointed for an initial term of four years. As these initial terms
expire, the terms of succeeding members shall be for four years each.
The County Commissioners shall appoint persons to the commission
who are skilled and proficient in the general subject of aviation and
airports. The County Commissioners, from time to time, shall desig-
nate a chairman of the commission. All members of the commission
at the time of appointment and during their service on the com-
mission shall be residents of Harford County. The commission shall
meet regularly to carry out its functions under this section.
