IN SOMERSET COUNTY, NOTWITHSTANDING ANY PRO-
VISIONS OF THIS ARTICLE TO THE CONTRARY, LICENSEES
SHALL BE ENTITLED TO SELL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, AS
AUTHORIZED BY THEIR LICENSES, BETWEEN THE HOURS
OF 8 O'CLOCK A.M. ON ANY DAY AND 2 O'CLOCK A.M. ON
THE FOLLOWING DAY, EXCEPT THAT NO SALES OF ALCO-
HOLIC BEVERAGES SHALL BE MADE OR ALCOHOLIC BEV-
ERAGES CONSUMED ON LICENSED PREMISES BETWEEN
THE HOURS OF 2 O'CLOCK A.M. ON SUNDAYS AND 8 O'CLOCK
A.M. ON THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.

(d-1) In Somerset County as of June 1, 1967, the Governor shall
appoint three persons who shall constitute the board OF LICENSE
COMMISSIONERS for the county, who shall hold office for terms of
two years each. The appointments are net subject to confirmation by
the Senate of Maryland. One of the members of the board shall be
designated as its chairman, and not more than two members of the
board shall belong to the same political party.
(g) This section shall be applicable in Baltimore City, and
(except as otherwise provided) in Allegany, Anne Arundel, Balti-
more, Calvert, Prince George's, St. Mary's, Somerset, Talbot, Wash-
ington, and Wicomico counties.

(s-1) In Somerset County the members of the board shall receive
as compensation the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000) annually.

(k-1) In Somerset County the board shall appoint a clerk to
the board at an annual salary of one thousand dollars ($1,000) and
may designate an attorney for the board who shall receive an annual
salary of one thousand dollars ($1,000).

(A) THE DECISION OF THE BOARD OF LICENSE COM-
MISSIONERS FOR BALTIMORE CITY AND THE RESPECTIVE
COUNTIES AND OF THE STATE APPEAL BOARD IN EVERY
COUNTY NOT HAVING A LOCAL BOARD (EXCEPT IN THE
COUNTIES OF DORCHESTER, SOMERSET AND WICOMICO,
WHERE THE DECISION OF THE STATE APPEAL BOARD
SHALL BE FINAL), AND OF THE MAYOR AND ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF ANNAPOLIS, IN APPROVING, SUSPENDING,
REVOKING AND RESTRICTING, OR REFUSING TO APPROVE,
SUSPEND, REVOKE OR RESTRICT ANY LICENSE, OR LI-
CENSEE, SHALL BE SUBJECT TO APPEAL IN THE FOLLOW-
ING MANNER:
