(2)    Any lodge or chapter of a bona fide nonprofit and nation-
wide fraternal organization composed of members duly elected and
initiated in accordance with the rites and customs of such fraternal
organization, in existence and operating in the county for a period
of not less than five years prior to the time of making application
for this license
and, having a bona fide membership of not less than
thirty-five (35) persons
and, charging dues of not less than fifteen
dollars ($15.00) annually for each member
and, owning or operating
a home or club house principally for the use of its members and their
guests when accompanied by such members, and not directly or in-
directly owned or operated as a public business.

(3)    Any local unit of a nationwide bona fide nonprofit organiza-
tion or club composed solely of members who served in the armed
forces of the United States in any war in which the United States
has engaged, having held a charter from the
A National Veterans'
organization for a period of not less than five (5) years prior to the
time of application for licensing
and, having a bona fide membership
of not less than thirty-five (35) persons and paying,
CHARGING dues
of not less than four dollars ($4.00) annually for each member where,
AND OWNING OR OPERATING A HOME OR CLUB HOUSE
WHICH the organization or club operates solely for the use of its
members and their guests when accompanied by such members
and

meets in a club house principally used for no other purpose, AND

NOT DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OWNED OR OPERATED AS
A PUBLIC BUSINESS.

(4) Every such club or organization shall purchase all wines
and liquors sold by them from the Somerset County Liquor Control
Board and shall be charged therefor the invoice price thereof to the
liquor control board, plus freight charges thereon, and plus a sum
not to exceed twenty per centum (20%) of such aggregate invoice
price and freight charges from time to time.

(n) Such licenses shall only be issued in the City of Baltimore,
in Allegany, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Caroline, Carroll, Cecil,
Charles, Frederick, Garrett, Harford, Howard, Kent, Montgomery,
Prince George's, Queen Anne's, Somerset, Talbot, Washington,
Wicomico and Worcester counties, in the towns of North Beach and
Chesapeake Beach in Calvert County and in Dorchester County.

57.

(i-1) In Somerset County the board OF LICENSE COMMIS-
SIONERS may require applications for licensing to contain such other
information in addition to that required in Section 56 of this Article,
as the board may from time to time deem necessary.

A. In Somerset County, nothwithstanding any other provisions of
this Article, licensees may sell beer, wine and alcoholic beverages
as authorized by their licenses between the hours of 8 o'clock AM.
and 2 'clock A.M. on the day
following, on Monday through Satur-
day, inclusive. No beer, wine or
alcoholic beverages may be sold

or consumed on any day except Sunday between the hours of 2
