(2)    Such a license may be issued in the county to any bona
fide hotel or motel which (i) is an establishment for the accommoda-
tion of the public providing services ordinarily found in hotels or

motels, (ii) is equipped with not fewer than ten rooms in the case

of a hotel or motel in existence on June 1, 1967, and with not

fewer than twenty rooms for any hotel or motel not in existence on

June 1, 1967, has a lobby with registration and mail desk and seat-

ing facilities, and is operated in a physical plant which has a valua-
tion for purposes of state and local assessment and taxation of not

less than eighty thousand dollars ($80,000)

REGISTRATION AND MAIL DESK AND SEATING FACILI-
TIES, (III) IN THE CASE OF A HOTEL OR MOTEL IN EXIST-
ENCE AND OPERATED AS SUCH ON JUNE 1, 1967, MAIN-
TAINS NOT FEWER THAN TEN ROOMS FOR OCCUPANCY BY
GUESTS, AND (IV) IN THE CASE OF A HOTEL OR MOTEL
NOT IN EXISTENCE AND OPERATED AS SUCH ON JUNE 1,
1967, MAINTAINS NOT FEWER THAN TWENTY ROOMS FOR
OCCUPANCY BY GUESTS AND IS OPERATED IN FACILITIES
WHICH ARE ASSESSED FOR STATE AND COUNTY TAXA-
TION AT NOT LESS THAN FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOL-
LARS ($45,000).

(3)    Such a license may be issued in the county to a restaurant
which meets the following requirements and conditions: (i) serves
full course meals at least twice daily; (ii) has a regular seating
capacity at tables (not including seats at bars or counters) for
fifty or more persons; (iii) has had daily average receipts from the
sale of food in excess of those for the sale of alcoholic beverages,
during the twelve month period immediately preceding the applica-
tion for the license; (iv) has at least one applicant for the license

who has been a bona fide resident of the county for not less than

two years immediately preceding the filing of the application.

(4) Every such hotel or restaurant shall purchase all wines and
liquor sold by them from the Somerset County Liquor Control Board
and shall be charged the invoice price thereof to the liquor control
board, plus freight charges thereon and plus a sum not to exceed
twenty per centum (20%) of such aggregate invoice price and
freight charges from time to time.

(n) Such licenses shall only be issued in Baltimore City, and
Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Calvert, Caroline, Carroll, Cecil, Dor-
chester, Frederick, Garrett, Harford, Kent, Montgomery, Prince
George's, Queen Anne's, Somerset, Talbot, Washington, Wicomico
and Worcester counties.

20.

(l-1) In Somerset County, the annual fee for such a license shall
be two hundred and fifty dollars ($250) and shall be issued to the
following organizations:

(1) Any bona fide yacht club and OR golf and country club opera-
ting in the county, having a bona fide membership of not less than
thirty (30) persons and charging dues of not less than twenty
dollars ($20.00) per annum for each adult member and owning and
operating a club house or on premises principally used for no other
purpose and not directly or indirectly owned or operated as a public
business;
