of the Board. Said Board shall meet in the City of Baltimore at
least twice a year and as often thereafter as may be necessary, and
in addition thereto whenever and wherever the Board shall call a
meeting. A majority of said Board shall at all times constitute a
quorum. The secretary of said Board shall keep a full record of
the proceedings of said Board, which shall at all reasonable times be
open to public inspection. The treasurer shall receive from the secre-
tary all fees paid for licenses and certificates and shall keep a record
thereof, and of all disbursements of said Board in a book to be kept
for that purpose. All moneys paid to the Board shall be deposited
by the treasurer in some safe banking institution, and all moneys
paid out shall be approved by said Board and be made by check
signed by both the president and the treasurer. [The treasurer shall
be required to give such bond as the Board may exact, and said
Board shall make an annual report of its proceedings to the Gov-
ernor, which report shall contain an account of all moneys received
and disbursed by them pursuant to this subtitle.] The treasurer
shall, upon entering the performance of his duties, be covered by a
surety bond in accordance with the provisions of Sections 46 through
50 of Article 78A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, and said
Board shall make an annual report of its proceedings to the Gov-
ernor, which report shall contain an account of all moneys received
and disbursed by them pursuant to this subtitle.

Article 43

511. Bond of secretary-treasurer; dismissal of member of Board of
Examiners by Governor.

[The secretary-treasurer of the said Board shall give bond in
such sum and with such sureties as the Board may deem proper.]
The secretary-treasurer shall, upon entering the performance of his
duties, be covered by a surety bond in accordance with the provisions
of Sections 46 through 50 of Article 78A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland.
Upon sufficient proof of the Governor of the inability or
misconduct of a member of the Board, said member shall be dis-
missed and the Governor shall appoint as his successor some licensed
chiropractor practicing in this State who shall be a graduate of a
different school than those represented on the Board.

Article 43

517. Board of Examiners and Registration of Architects—Compo-
sition; term of office; chairman; per diem; discharge; secre-
tary; oath of office.

The Governor is hereby authorized and directed to appoint five
competent persons, citizens and residents of the State of Maryland,
who shall constitute a Board of Examiners and Registration of
Architects.

Said Board shall be comprised of five members to be architects
of recognized standing, at least three of whom shall be graduates of
approved schools of architecture and all of whom shall have been
engaged in the independent practice of architecture for a period of
ten or more years. The first appointments hereunder shall be made
on or before the first day of July, 1935, upon which date the
term of office shall begin. The term of office of said members shall
be five years, except that upon the first appointment one of said
