(c)  Each application for license shall be accompanied by $15.00.

(d)  Before any dredging is begun under a license, the leasehold
area to be dredged shall be marked with a stake at each corner.
Between each corner and along the boundary of the leasehold area,
line stakes are placed at one hundred foot intervals.

(e)  Dredging under a license is allowed only between the hours
of 7:30 A.M. and 4 o'clock P.M. on any day except Sunday. Notice
of intention to dredge is given in writing to every leasehold owner
adjoining the leasehold area to be dredged.

(f)  Any person who shall dredge oysters ON LEASED GROUNDS
in Wicomico County without a license as provided in this section, upon
conviction, shall be fined not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.).
Any captain of a boat on which dredge is located and for which no
license has been obtained, upon conviction, shall be fined not to exceed
five hundred dollars ($500.) and the captain shall not be allowed to
dredge under a license for at least one year after date of the violation.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect

June 1, 1967.

SEC. 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, THAT THIS ACT
IS HEREBY DECLARED TO BE AN EMERGENCY MEASURE
AND NECESSARY FOR THE IMMEDIATE PRESERVATION OF
THE PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY AND HAVING BEEN
PASSED BY A YEA AND NAY VOTE SUPPORTED BY THREE-
FIFTHS OF ALL THE MEMBERS ELECTED TO EACH OF THE
TWO HOUSES OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY, THE SAME
SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM THE DATE OF ITS PASSAGE.

AN ACT to add new Section 18-1 (b) (42) to the Code of Public Local
Laws of Prince George's County (1963 Edition, being Article 17
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Prince
George's County," subtitle "County Commissioners," to follow im-
mediately after Section 18-1 (b) (41) thereof, as added by Chapter
545 of the Acts of 1966, to authorize the County Commissioners
of Prince George's County by an ordinance or ordinances to grant,
convey, permit, license, and regulate air and light easements
over public property in Prince George's County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 18-1 (b) (42) be and it is hereby added to the Code
of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County (1963 Edition, being
Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title
Prince George's County," subtitle "County Commissioners," to follow
immediately after Section 18-1 (b) (41) thereof, as added by Chapter
545 of the Acts of 1966, to read as follows:
