Volume), title "Workmen's Compensation," subtitle "State Acci-
dent Fund," providing that in the administration of the State
Accident Fund the Commissioners shall have full power and
authority to issue rules and regulations relating to the issuance of
policies of insurance under this Article protecting Maryland em-
ployees of Maryland employers who are injured in the line of duty
regardless of where the injury may occur.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 83 of Article 101 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1964 Replacement Volume), title "Workmen's Compensation,"
subtitle "State Accident Fund," be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
83.
In the administration of the State Accident Fund, the commis-
sioners of the State Accident Fund shall have full power and
authority to make any and all rules and regulations not inconsistent
with law, for the conduct of the business of the State Accident Fund;
including the issuance of 'policies of insurance under this Article
protecting Maryland employees of Maryland employers who are
injured in the line of duty regardless of where the injury may occur.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 261 of
Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1966 Supplement),
title "Testamentary Law," subtitle "Orphans' Court," increasing
the maximum value of a boat in a decedent's estate, the title to
which may be transferred provided it is the only known asset.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 261 of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1966 Supplement), title "Testamentary Law," subtitle "Orphans'
Court," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:
261.
When the assets of a decedent's estate consist only of a boat
or vessel, the appraised value of which does not exceed [$500,00]
$1,500.00, the United States Collector of Customs or the Maryland
Department of Chesapeake Bay Affairs may, upon proof satisfactory
to him that all debts and taxes owned by the decedent have been
paid, transfer the certificate of registration to such boat or vessel
to the person entitled thereto, and in such case no administration
of the decedent's estate need be had. An affidavit signed by two
