through 27, 29 through 34, 38 through 42, all inclusive, 44 and 47
of the 13th election district of Montgomery County; and it shall
elect two State Senators.

(d)   Senatorial Subdistrict No. 3C is composed of the 1st elec-
tion district, of Precincts 1 and 2 of the 5th election district, of
the 8th and 12th election districts and of Precincts 1, 28, 35, 36, 37,
43, 45 and 46 of the 13th election district of Montgomery County and
of all Howard County; and it shall elect one State Senator.

(e)   All election districts and precincts referred to in this section
are those as their boundaries existed on January 1, 1966.

Subdistricts for the House

47. (a) Where any Senatorial Subdistrict under Section 42E

(a1) of this Article as enacted by Chapter 2 of the Acts of the

Special Session of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1965, in-

cludes two counties or parts of two counties and the boundaries of
a Delegate subdistrict are coterminous with the boundaries of that

number of Delegates in such Delegate subdistrict may be added
to the Delegates elected from the other county in the same Senatorial
Subdistrict for the purpose of meeting the minimum required num-
ber of Delegates in a subdistrict as required by Section 42B (c).

(b) 47. (A) Montgomery County is divided into subdistricts for
their
ITS Delegates in the House of Delegates, as in this section
provided.

(c) (B) Delegate Subdistrict No. 1 for Montgomery County is com-
posed of the same area described in Section 46 (b) of this Article
for Senatorial Subdistrict No. 3A for Howard and Montgomery
Counties; and it shall elect seven Delegates.

(d) (C) Delegate Subdistrict No. 2 for Montgomery County is com-
posed of the same area described in Section 46 (c) of this Article
for Senatorial Subdistrict No. SB for Howard and Montgomery
Counties; and it shall elect seven Delegates.

(e) (D) Delegate Subdistrict No. 3 for Montgomery County is com-
posed of all of those Montgomery County precincts enumerated in
Section 46 (d) as comprising part of Senatorial Subdistrict No. 3C for
Montgomery and Howard Counties; and it shall elect two Delegates.

(f) (E) All election districts and precincts referred to in this
section are those as their boundaries existed on January 1, 1966.

SEC. 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, THAT SECTION
42B (C) OF SAID ARTICLE, SUBTITLE "APPORTIONMENT",
AS ENACTED BY CHAPTER 2 OF THE ACTS OF THE SPE-
CIAL SESSION OF 1965, BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY
REPEALED AND RE-ENACTED, WITH AMENDMENTS, TO
READ AS FOLLOWS:

42B.

(C) IN ANY SUCH DIVISION, THE COUNTY OR BALTI-
MORE CITY SHALL BE DIVIDED INTO DISTRICTS UNDER
THE FORMULA IN THIS SUBHEADING, WITH NOT FEWER
