court order permitting payment of the amount of his indebtedness
to the fund to be made in installments; and

(2) Satisfied all requirements of said Motor Vehicle Financial
Responsibility Law in respect of giving proof of ability to respond
in damages for future accidents.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

CHAPTER 531
(Senate Bill 338)

AN ACT to add new Sections 46 and 47 to Article 40 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1965 Replacement Volume and 1965
Supplement), title "General Assembly", Sections 46 and 47 there-
of to be respectively under the new subtitles "Subdistricts for the
Senate" and "Subdistricts for the House", to follow immediately
after Section 45 of said Article; providing for the boundaries of
senatorial subdistricts for the General Assembly in Senatorial
District No. 3 comprising Howard and Montgomery Counties,
providing for the boundaries of subdistricts for Montgomery
County in the House of Delegates, and clarifying the provisions
el TO REPEAL AND RE-ENACT, WITH AMENDMENTS,
Section 42B (c) of said Article, SUBTITLE "APPORTION-
MENT", as enacted by Chapter 2 of the Acts of the Special Session
of the General Assembly of Maryland 1965, to provide for the
minimum number of Delegates required in any subdistrict for the
House of Delegates, where Senatorial and Delegate subdistricts
coincide in any Senatorial subdistrict which embraces two counties.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Sections 46 and 47 be and they are hereby added to Ar-
ticle 40 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Replacement
Volume and 1965 Supplement), title "General Assembly", Sections
46 and 47 thereof to be respectively under the new subtitles "Sub-
districts for the Senate" and "Subdistricts for the House", to follow
immediately after Section 45 of said Article, and all to read as
follows:

Subdistricts for the Senate

46. (a) Senatorial District No. 3, comprising all of Howard and
Montgomery Counties, is divided into subdistricts for its member-
ship in the Senate of Maryland, as in this section provided.

(b)   Senatorial Subdistrict No. 3A is composed of the 2nd, 3rd,
4th, 6th, 7th, 9th, 10th and 11th election districts of Montgomery
County; and it shall elect two State Senators.

(c)    Senatorial Subdistrict No. 3B is composed of Precincts 3
through 7, inclusive, of the 5th election district and of Precincts 2
