title "Revenue and Taxes", subtitle "Retail Sales Tax Act", amend-
ing the laws concerning retail sales tax in this State in order to
add to the list of exemptions therefrom the sales of colostomy and
ileostomy appliances.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 326 (m) of Article 81 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1965 Supplement), title "Revenue and Taxes", subtitle "Retail
Sales Tax Act", be and it is hereby repealed and reenacted with
amendments to read as follows:
326.
(m) Sales of crutches, and sales of artificial limbs, artificial eyes,
artificial hearing devices and corrective eyeglasses when the same
are designed to be worn on the person of the owner or user, [and]
the sales of orthopedic appliances, the sales of colostomy and
ileostomy appliances, and the sales of wheelchairs for invalids.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1966.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 708 (aa)
of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition),
title "Natural Resources", subtitle "Oysters and Clams", to author-
ize the taking of oysters by means of dredges from riparian
grounds of designated creeks, coves, and inlets within St. Mary's
County, AND DORCHESTER COUNTIES, to authorize issuance
of licenses to take such oysters by dredges and limiting the use of
such a license.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 708 (aa) of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Natural Resources", sub-title "Oys-
ters and Clams", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:

(aa) If any creek, cove or inlet not exceeding one hundred yards
at low water in breadth at its mouth make into the land, or if any
creek, cove or inlet of greater width than one hundred yards at low
water mark make into the land, the owner or other lawful occupant
shall have the exclusive right to use such creek, cove or inlet when
the mouth of said creek, cove or inlet is one hundred yards or less
in width; and when the said creek, cove or inlet is more than one
hundred yards in width at its mouth at low water, the said owner
or other lawful occupant shall have exclusive right to use such creek,
cove or inlet so soon as said creek, cove or inlet in making into said
land or lands shall become one hundred yards in width at low water,
