on the success or failure of fish eggs, fry and young; environmental
factors which affect fish eggs, fry and young; and other biological
problems relating to the supply and abundance of fish life.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

CHAPTER 495
(House Bill 673)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 32 of
Article 26 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Supplement),
title "Courts," subtitle "Circuit Courts for the Counties—Court
Stenographers," to authorize the appointment of three additional
judges in the third judicial circuit resident in Baltimore County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 32 of Article 26 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1965 Supplement), title "Courts," subtitle "Circuit Courts for the
Counties—Court Stenographers," be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments to read as follows:
32.
In addition to the [four judges for the third judicial circuit for
which provision is made by Section 21 of Article 4 of the Constitution
of Maryland] Circuit Court judges for Baltimore County for which
provision now is made, there shall be three additional judges who
shall be residents of [Baltimore County] the county. Said judges
shall be selected in the manner provided by Section 5 of Article 4
of the Constitution of Maryland and shall be subject to all of the
provisions of the Constitution and laws relating to the third judicial
circuit and the several judges thereof.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

AN ACT to authorize the Board of Public Works to acquire certain
properties and the improvements thereon located in or near the
City of Annapolis as more particularly described herein, to provide
for the manner and details of such acquisition and for the razing
of any improvements thereon.
