merit system status of the Administrator, John F. Kennedy
Memorial Highway, toll facility.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new Section 162A be and is hereby added to Article 89B
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Replacement Volume)
title "State Roads", subtitle "John F. Kennedy Memorial Highway
Revenue Bonds", to follow immediately after Section 162 thereof,
and to read as follows:

162 A.

The Administrator, John F. Kennedy Memorial Highway, toll
facility, is a member of the classified service under Article 64A of
this Code, subject to all the rights, privileges and duties of that
Article.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That as of June 1, 1966, the
Administrator, John F. Kennedy Memorial Highway, toll facility,
who has held this position for not less than six months preceding
that date is hereby included as a member of the classified service,
without the necessity of any examination or further qualification.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 473 (d)
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Harford County (1965 Edi-
tion, being Article 13 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land), title "Harford County", subtitle "Roads and Public Works",
amending the laws concerning the Director of the Department
of Public Works in Harford County with particular respect to his
compensation from sources other than his employment with the
County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 473 (d) of the Code of Public Local Laws of Harford
County (1965 Edition, being Article 13 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland), title "Harford County", subtitle "Roads and
Public Works", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:

dividual, firm, or corporation from which any materials, equipment,
