of not less than $3,800 annually and such other employees as may be
required at the salaries fixed by the County Council.

7-110.

All fines and costs collected by the Court shall be paid over and
accounted to the county as it may direct.

7-111.

Baltimore County shall provide and furnish a courtroom or court-
rooms for the court with suitable offices and such other equipment
as is required for the operation of the court.

7-112.

The county is hereby directed to levy on the assessable property
of the county such amount as may be necessary to pay for the salaries
and expenses authorized herein.

7-113.

An appeal may be taken from any verdict or final order of the
court as authorized by law for appeals from trial magistrates.

7-114.

The judge is authorized to impose sentence and costs in any case
before him to the same extent that a trial magistrate of the county
could impose a sentence and costs in such cases.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 72 (b)
of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Supple-
ment), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Rights and Duties
of Licensees," amending a law concerning alcoholic beverage
licenses issued in Prince George's County in order to clarify the
provisions thereof.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 72 (b) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1965 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Rights
and Duties of Licensees," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
