WHICH SHALL CONSIST OF THOSE ELECTION DISTRICTS
HEREINBEFORE DESCRIBED IN SAID SUBTITLE AS NOT-
TINGHAM-NO. 4, PISCATAWAY-NO. 5, SPAULDINGS-NO. 6,
AQUASCO-NO. 8, SURRATTS-NO. 9, BRANDYWINE-NO. 11,
OXON HILL-NO. 12, AND SEAT PLEASANT-NO. 18.

SUB-DISTRICTS FOR THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES

47.

(A)    PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY IS DIVIDED INTO LEG-
ISLATIVE SUBDISTRICTS FOR ITS DELEGATION IN THE
HOUSE OF DELEGATES OF MARYLAND, AS IN THIS SEC-
TION PROVIDED.

(B)    THREE MEMBERS SHALL BE RESIDENTS OF AND
ELECTED FROM LEGISLATIVE SUB-DISTRICT NO. 4A, AS
HEREINBEFORE DESCRIBED IN SECTION 46(B).

(C)    SEVEN MEMBERS SHALL BE RESIDENTS OF AND
AND ELECTED FROM LEGISLATIVE SUB-DISTRICT NO. 4B,
AS HEREINBEFORE DESCRIBED IN SECTION 46(C).

(D)    SIX MEMBERS SHALL BE RESIDENTS OF AND
ELECTED FROM LEGISLATIVE SUB-DISTRICT NO. 4C, AS
HEREINBEFORE DESCRIBED IN SECTION 46(D).

(E)    THE BOARD OF ELECTION SUPERVISORS FOR
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY MAY DESIGNATE THE ABOVE-
DESCRIBED LEGISLATIVE SUB-DISTRICTS 4A, 4B, AND 4C
AS PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY LEGISLATIVE DISTRICTS 1,
2, AND 3 RESPECTIVELY.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this act is hereby declared
to be an emergency measure and necessary for the immediate pres-
ervation of the public health and safety and having been passed by
a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of all the members
elected to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, the
same shall take effect from the date of its passage.
