ments as members or substitute members of the Board of Election
Supervisors of Dorchester County AND OF KENT COUNTY or
any vacancies in the Board when there is no Senator elected from
and resident in the EACH RESPECTIVE county.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section l(f) be and it is hereby added to Article 33 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Elections," sub-
title "Supervisors of Elections and Employees," to follow immediately
after Section 1 (e) thereof, and to read as follows:

(f) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, in Dorchester
County AND OF KENT COUNTY, at any time when there is no
Senator elected from the RESPECTIVE county who is a resident of
the county, the confirmation of any appointment of a member or
substitute member to the Board or any vacancy thereof shall be made
by Delegates elected from the RESPECTIVE county.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 47 (c-4)
of Article 26 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition
and 1965 Supplement), title "Courts," subtitle "Salaries of Judges,"
authorizing the Montgomery County Council to pay to certain
judges of the Sixth Judicial Circuit certain amounts per annum
in excess of the salary and/or supplementation heretofore directed
or allowed to be paid to such judges AND TO AUTHORIZE THE
COUNTY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE COUNTY TO SUPPLE-
MENT THE SALARIES OF JUDGES OF THE THIRD JUDI-
CIAL CIRCUIT RESIDENT IN THE COUNTY.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 47 (c-4) of Article 26 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1957 Edition and 1965 Supplement), title "Courts," subtitle
"Salaries of Judges," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
47.
(c-4) Same—Prince George's, Montgomery and Frederick coun-
ties.—Notwithstanding any other provisions of this section:
(A) The County Commissioners of Prince George's County are
authorized to pay from any amounts received from the State Comp-
troller under the provisions of subsection (c-1) hereof or elsewhere,
in addition to the sums provided by Section 282A of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Prince George's County, an amount not to exceed three
