ANY LABORATORY WHICH MAKES EXAMINATIONS IN CON-
NECTION WITH THE DIAGNOSIS AND CONTROL OF HUMAN
DISEASE WHETHER SUCH LABORATORY IS SITUATE IN
THIS STATE OR ANY OTHER STATE. ANY PERSON VIO-
LATING THIS SECTION SHALL BE GUILTY OF A MISDE-
MEANOR AND UPON CONVICTION THEREOF SHALL BE
LIABLE FOR A FINE OF NOT MORE THAN $100.00 FOR THE
FIRST OFFENSE AND NOT MORE THAN $500.00 FOR EACH
SUCCESSIVE OFFENSE AND EACH DAY SUCH VIOLATION
IS CONTINUED AFTER THE FIRST CONVICTION SHALL BE
CONSIDERED A SECOND OFFENSE.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

CHAPTER 726
(House Bill 128)
AN ACT to provide for the relief of Barbara Good McKay.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Board of County Commissioners of Prince George's County
is authorized and directed to include in the next levy of taxes for
the benefit of The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning
Commission, and in the next appropriation to the said Commission,
the sum of forty-five thousand dollars, which sum shall be in addition
to any other sum or sums directed by law to be levied for and ap-
propriated to The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning
Commission by Prince George's County. The said sum of forty-five
thousand dollars received by the said Commission from the said
special levy and appropriation shall be paid by the said Commission
to Barbara Good McKay in full compensation and satisfaction for a
certain judgment rendered to the said Barbara Good McKay in Law
No. 24,946 in the Circuit Court of Prince George's County and being
against the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Com-
mission.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.
