J. MILLARD TAWES, Governor                     1287

thousand dollars ($3,000), per annum to each of the judges of the
circuit court of the seventh judicial circuit of Maryland who resides
in Prince George's County, and an amount not to exceed one thousand
seven hundred fifty dollars ($1,750) per annum to each of the judges
of the seventh judicial circuit who is a nonresident of Prince George's
County and who sits in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County
at the request of the resident judges of Prince George's County.

(B)    The County Council of Montgomery County is authorized to
pay from any amounts received from the State Comptroller under
the provisions of subsection (c-1) hereof, in addition to the sums
provided by Section 7-16 of the Montgomery County Code, 1960, an
amount not to exceed [two thousand five hundred dollars ($2500)]
three thousand dollars ($3,000) per annum to each of the judges of the
circuit court of the sixth judicial circuit who resides in Montgomery
County; AND SAID COUNTY COUNCIL MAY PROVIDE ADDI-
TIONAL SUPPLEMENTATION OF THE SALARIES OF EACH
OF SAID JUDGES IN SUCH AMOUNT AS THE COUNTY COUN-
CIL MAY DETERMINE.

(C)    The County Commissioners of Frederick County are directed
to pay from any amounts received from the State Comptroller under
the provisions of this subsection (c-1), in addition to the sums pro-
vided by Section 5-8 of the Frederick County Code, 1959, an amount
not to exceed two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) per annum
to each of the judges of the circuit court of the sixth judicial circuit
who reside in Frederick County, and who were serving in such
positions prior to January 1, 1964.

(D)    IN BALTIMORE COUNTY, THE COUNTY COUNCIL
MAY PROVIDE SUPPLEMENTATION FOR THE SALARIES OF
THE JUDGES OF THE THIRD JUDICIAL CIRCUIT WHO ARE
RESIDENT IN BALTIMORE COUNTY IN SUCH AMOUNT AS
THE COUNTY COUNCIL MAY DETERMINE.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

AN ACT to repeal Section 32-8(n), and repeal and re-enact with
amendments, Section 32-8 (t) of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Prince George's County (1963 Edition), being Article 17 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Prince George's
County," subtitle "Fire Companies," as found in Chapter 686 of
the Laws of Maryland, 1957, amending the method of distribu-
tion of the fire tax in the Seventh Election District (Queen Anne),
Prince George's County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
