CENTRAL COMMITTEE OF THE REPUBLICAN PARTY in
Montgomery County, and to provide that they shall be elected at
large.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Sections 82(g) AND 82(H) be and it is THEY ARE
hereby added to Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965
Supplement), title "Elections," subtitle "Party Governing Bodies,"
to follow immediately after Section 82(f) thereof, and to read as
follows:
82.
(g) In Montgomery County there shall be fifteen members of
the central committee of the Democratic Party for Montgomery
County who shall be elected at large.
(H) IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY, THE MEMBERS OF THE
STATE CENTRAL COMMITTEE OF THE REPUBLICAN PARTY
FOR MONTGOMERY COUNTY SHALL BE ELECTED AT
LARGE; AND THE NUMBER OF MEMBERS OF THE SAID
STATE CENTRAL COMMITTEE SHALL BE EQUAL TO THE
NUMBER OF PEOPLE MONTGOMERY COUNTY SHALL BE
ENTITLED TO ELECT TO THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES OF
THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

(House Bill 1120)
AN ACT to add new Section 5A to Article 95A of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1964 Replacement Volume), title "Unemployment
Insurance Law," subtitle "Benefits," to follow immediately after
Section 5 thereof, to provide that members of the Armed Forces not
on active duty and receiving benefits from the United States shall
not have unemployment insurance benefits reduced by the amount
of federal benefits.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 5A be and it is hereby added to Article 95A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Replacement Volume), title "Un-
employment Insurance Law," subtitle "Benefits," to follow imme-
diately after Section 5 thereof, and to read as follows:

No member of the armed forces of the United States who has been
released from active duty and who is receiving either retirement,
retainer, or disability benefits from the government of the United
States as a result of such active duty, and who is otherwise qualified
