Education, shall be transferred to and thereafter be in the care,
custody and control of the State Scholarship Board.
Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1966.

(House Bill 737)
AN ACT to add new Section 43(h) to Article 33 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1965 Supplement), title
"Elections," subtitle "Cancellation of Registration," to follow im-
mediately after Section 43(g) thereof, requiring reports to be
made to the Board of Supervisors of Elections of Baltimore City
of the condemnation or razing of buildings within the City of
Baltimore.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 43(h) be and it is hereby added to Article 33 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1965 Supple-
ment), title "Elections," subtitle "Cancellation of Registration," to
follow immediately after Section 43 (g) thereof, and to read as fol-
lows:
43.
(h) Every agency or instrumentality of the City of Baltimore
which acquires or condemns or razes or causes to be condemned or
razed any building used as a residence within the city shall promptly
report such fact and the location of such building to the board of
election supervisors of Baltimore City.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 47(d) of
Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Supplement),
title "Elections," subtitle "Registration Appeals and Copies of Reg-
istration Lists," to change the date for compilation of lists of regis-
tered voters in Worcester County with all supplemental lists into a
cumulative list of voters of the County.
