For 'purposes of county taxation in Allegany County only, all per-
sonal property owned by non-profit television broadcast translator
stations, which are supported principally by public subscription are
exempt from assessment and from all county and municipal taxation.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

(House Bill 242)

AN ACT relating to the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission,
repealing and re-enacting, with amendments, Section 83-96 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County (1963 Edi-
tion), being Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, and Section 73-78 of the Montgomery County Code (1960
Edition), being Article 16 of the Public Local Laws of Maryland,
both subtitled "Washington Suburban Sanitary District," as the
same were last repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, by
Chapter 703 of the Acts of 1965, relating to the Commission's five
year sewer and water construction programs in Montgomery and
Prince George's Counties and specifying the manner of submission
and approval of the programs and the functions of the Maryland-
National Capital Park and Planning Commission and of the County
Council of Montgomery County with respect thereto, and relating
to the procedures to be followed by the Sanitary Commission in
approving extensions of major water and sanitary sewerage
systems.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 83-96 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince
George's County (1963 Edition), being Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, and Section 73-78 of the Mont-
gomery County Code (1960 Edition), being Article 16 of the Public
Local Laws of Maryland, both subtitled "Washington Suburban Sani-
tary District," as the same were last repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, by Chapter 703 of the Acts of 1965, be and they are
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

83-96.

(73-78) Five year programs of major water and sewer extensions.

(a) Adoption. The Commission is hereby directed to adopt on or
before October 1, [1959] 1966, [a] five-year project programs of
major extensions of sanitary sewer and water facilities which it

contemplates may be made in the 1967-1971 five fiscal year period

in the Sanitary District and in such other areas within Montgomery
and Prince George's County as the Commission may deem appropriate
for inclusion within the Sanitary District within [the next five years]
that period, and to revise and bring the programs up to date on or
