(b) Area added to the Sanitary District. The area within the
following described boundaries is within the Rockville Maximum
Expansion Area but is nevertheless added to and made a part of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District. The area hereby added to
the Washington Suburban Sanitary District is in the Gaithersburg
and Rockville Election Districts of Montgomery County and is
bounded by the following described boundaries:

Beginning for the same at a point on the existing boundary of
the Washington Suburban Sanitary District, said point being on the
southwest line of U.S. Route No. 240, 200 feet southeast of the
southeast line of Shady Grove Road and running thence in a south-
easterly direction with the southwest line of U.S. Route No. 240 to
the end of the South 39° 31' 16" East, 406.92 foot line of Parcel One
as shown on a plat of subdivision entitled "Plat One Washington
National Industrial Park" recorded among the Land Records of
Montgomery County, Maryland in Plat Book 67 as Plat No. 6096
thence North 50° 28' 44" East, 125.00 feet to a point on the center
line of U.S. Route No. 240 at Station 347+50 as shown on State
Highway Construction Drawings Sheet No. 9, Contract No. M-485-
9-320 and running thence with and along said center line North
39° 31' 16" West, 816.94 feet to a point thence North 64° 13' 53"
East, 501.93 feet with and along the center line of the on-off ramp to
a point on the center line of the Fields Road thence with and along
the center line of Fields Road along a curve to the left having a
chord bearing and distance of North 28° W 15" West, 290.21 feet
to a point thereon, thence North 58° 25' 38" East, 40.00 feet to a
point on the Northeast line of Fields Road, thence in a southeasterly
direction with and along the northeast line of Fields Road to the
existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District,
thence in a northeasterly, northwesterly and southwesterly direction
with the said existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sani-
tary District to the point of beginning.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the jurisdiction of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission is hereby extended to
include the area described immediately above and the other herein

above mentioned areas which areas which are stated to be within the Wash-

ington Suburban Sanitary District, and such areas AND IT shall be
subject to all the rules and regulations of the Commission and all pro-
visions of law relating to the Washington Suburban Sanitary District,
and to any subdistrict thereof in which the said areas may be placed
by the Commission pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 726 of the
Laws of 1963, including taxes and other sums and charges levied
by the said Commission in the Sanitary District or subdistrict.
THIS
ACT SHALL NOT ALTER THE TERMS OR CONDITIONS, IF
ANY, WITH RESPECT TO AD VALOREM TAXES AND FRONT
FOOT BENEFIT CHARGES APPLICABLE TO THE OTHER
AREAS MENTIONED HEREIN AS BEING ALREADY WITHIN
THE WASHINGTON SUBURBAN SANITARY DISTRICT PUR-
SUANT TO ANY OTHER ACT OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY,
AND CONCERNING SUCH CONDITIONS, IF ANY, SUCH ACT
OR ACTS UNDER WHICH THOSE OTHER AREAS WERE
ADDED TO OR MADE A PART OF THE WASHINGTON SUB-
URBAN SANITARY DISTRICT SHALL NOT BE EFFECTED
HEREBY.
