68.

(b) All moneys lawfully received by the Authority shall be paid
over and accounted for by the Authority to the State Comptroller.
They shall be held by the Comptroller in a special fund, and disbursed
by his warrant upon proper certification of the Authority, for any
purpose legal and proper under the provisions of this subtitle, subject
after July 1, 1949, to the provisions of the budget, excepting those
provisions providing for certain
unexpended funds to revert to the
general treasury of the State.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT ON
OR AFTER JULY 1, 1966, ANY UNEXPENDED MONIES SHALL
REMAIN IN SUCH SPECIAL FUND AND SHALL NOT REVERT
TO THE GENERAL TREASURY OF THE STATE AT THE END
OF THE FISCAL YEAR, NOTWITHSTANDING THE PROVI-
SIONS OF SECTION 2 OF ARTICLE 15A OF THIS CODE OR
ANY OTHER PROVISION HERETOFORE OR HEREAFTER
ENACTED BY THIS LEGISLATURE.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

(House Bill 814)

AN ACT to legalize the 1966 pocket supplement to the 1963 Edition
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County, being
Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, published
under the direction of the Board of County Commissioners of Prince
George's County and making provision for the publication, sale, and
distribution of this pocket supplement.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the 1966 pocket supplement to the 1963 Edition of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Prince George's County, being Article 17 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, published under the direction
of the Board of County Commissioners of Prince George's County is
legalized. The pocket supplement shall contain all public local laws
relating to Prince George's County and enacted or amended following
the 1963 Session of the General Assembly and up to the Regular
Session of the General Assembly of 1966, and it shall contain amend-
ments to the charters of the several municipal corporations within
Prince George's County made following the publication of the 1963
Code and up to April 1, 1966. The pocket supplement shall be deemed
and taken in all the courts of the State by all the justices of the peace
and trial magistrates of the State and of its several political subdivi-
sions to be evidence of the changes in the Public Local Laws and
municipal charters of Prince George's County from and after the
publication of the 1963 Code to April 1, 1966, in the case of municipal
charters and to June 1, 1966, in the case of Public Local Laws.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the pocket supplement
herein legalized may be published at the discretion of the Board of
