J. MILLARD TAWES, Governor                       1091

Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Calvert County," subtitle
"Circuit Court," to follow immediately after Section 107 thereof,
to authorize the Circuit Court of Charles CALVERT County to
prescribe, by rule of Court, the form and condition of bail bonds
and the qualifications of bondsmen and to provide for the effect of
violations of such rules.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 107A be and it is hereby added to the Code of
Public Local Laws of Calvert County (1963 Edition, being Article 5
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Calvert
County," subtitle "Circuit Court," to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 107 thereof, and to read as follows:

107A. The Circuit Court for Calvert County is authorized by
rule of court to prescribe the terms and conditions for bail bonds
filed in the Circuit Court for Calvert County or with the trial mag-
istrate or any justice of the peace of the county. The power granted
herein includes but is not limited to prescribing the qualifications of
bondsmen. Violations of any rule of court promulgated hereunder
shall be considered contempt of court and punished as for contempt.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That if any provision of this
Act or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is
held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other provisions or
other application of this Act, which can be given effect without the
invalid provision or application and to this end the provisions of
this Act are declared to be severable.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

(Senate Bill 356)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 68 (b) of
Article 48 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Replacement
Volume), title "Inspections", subtitle "State Tobacco Authority",
to remove the special fund of the State Tobacco Authority from
the general provisions providing revision FOR REVERSION of
unexpended balance of budget appropriations to the general treas-
ury of the State at the end of the fiscal year. OR ANY OTHER
SUCH REVERSIONARY PROVISION HERETOFORE OR
HEREAFTER ENACTED.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 68 (b) of Article 48 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1965 Replacement Volume), title "Inspections", subtitle "State
Tobacco Authority", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
