417A. 418. It is unlawful for any person to trespass HUNT
WITH FIREARMS OR BOW AND ARROW on any posted prop-
erty for the purpose of hunting with firearms or bow and arrow
in any
recorded subdivision on Kent Island, Fourth Election District,
Queen Anne's County, which is zoned (R District) residential. Any
person so doing shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon convic-
tion before any justice of the peace shall pay a fine of not less than
twenty-five dollars ($25.00), nor more than one hundred dollars
($100.00), and the costs. Any person convicted under the provisions
of this section, who at the time of conviction holds a current
license for hunting any wild bird or animal under the provisions
of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland, shall have the
license revoked immediately upon conviction, for a period of one (1)
year thereafter.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

CHAPTER 584
(Senate Bill 364)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 123A
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Calvert County (1963 Edition,
being Article 5 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland),
title "Calvert County", subtitle "County Commissioners", as added
by Chapter 662 of the Acts of 1965; to repeal and re-enact,
with amendments, Section 61A of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Charles County (1959 Edition, being Article 9 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Charles County", sub-
title "County Commissioners", subheading "Miscellaneous Ap-
propriations", as added by Chapter 662 of the Acts of 1965; and
to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 41 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of St. Mary's County (1965 Edition, being
Article 19 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title
"St. Mary's County", subtitle "County Commissioners", to author-
ize and direct the County Commissioners of Calvert, Charles and
St. Mary's Counties to appropriate annually certain sums to
the Tri-County Committee for Community Action to aid in
securing the services of a planner for the Committee.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 123A of the Code of Public Local Laws of Calvert
County (1963 Edition, being Article 5 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland), title "Calvert County", subtitle "County Com-
missioners", as added by Chapter 662 of the Acts of 1965, be and
it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

123A. (a) The County Commissioners of Calvert, Charles and St.
Mary's Counties are each authorized to appropriate annually the
sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) in order to make a total
of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) available annually for the
use of the Tri-County Committee for Community Action.
