(b) The County Commissioners of Calvert, Charles and St.
Mary's Counties are authorized and directed respectively, to ap-
propriate annually the following sums for the use of the Tri-
County Committee for Community Action; Calvert County, two
thousand dollars ($2,000.00); Charles County, four thousand dollars
($4,000.00); St. Mary's County, four thousand dollars ($4,000.00).
The sums so appropriated shall be used together with funds presently
available to the Committee for the purpose of securing the services
of a planner, to be known as the "Tri-County Planner."

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That Section 61A of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Charles County (1959 Edition, being Article
9 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Charles
County", subtitle "County Commissioners", subheading "Miscel-
laneous Appropriations", as added by Chapter 662 of the Acts of
1965, be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments,
to read as follows:

61A. (a) The County Commissioners of Calvert, Charles and St.
Mary's Counties are each authorized to appropriate annually the sum
of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) in order to make a total of fifteen
thousand dollars ($15,000) available annually for the use of the Tri-
County Committee for Community Action.

(b) The County Commissioners of Calvert, Charles and St. Mary's
Counties are authorized and directed respectively, to appropriate
annually the following sums for the use of the Tri-County Committee
for Community Action; Calvert County, two thousand dollars
($2,000.00); Charles County, four thousand dollars ($4,000.00); St.
Mary's County, four thousand dollars ($4,000.00). The sums so appro-
priated shall be used together with funds presently available to the
Committee for the purpose of securing the services of a planner, to
be known as the "Tri-County Planner."

Sec. 8. And be it further enacted, That Section 41 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of St. Mary's County (1965 Edition, being Article
19 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "St. Mary's
County", subtitle "County Commissioners", be and it is hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

41. (a) The County Commissioners of Calvert, Charles and St.
Mary's Counties are each authorized to appropriate annually the sum
