The costs paid by a plaintiff for recording his judgment
shall be added to the costs taxed in his favor.
Poundage in the Court shall be taxed at the rates and in
accordance with the provisions of Article 36, Section 25
of the Annotated Code of Maryland.

If it appears that the ends of justice be best served by
waiver of prepayment, any judge shall have power to waive
the prepayment of costs. Where a plaintiff desires a waiver
of the prepayment of costs, he shall, under oath, answer such
inquiries as may be made to him respecting his financial
status and ability to pay costs.

Said Court shall have power to fix by rule the fees and costs
for all pleadings and proceedings in said Court not enu-
merated in this subtitle.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

AN ACT to add a new Section 417A 418 to Article 18 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Queen
Anne's County", NEW subtitle "Trespass", "HUNTING", to fol-
low immediately after Section 417 thereof, making it unlawful in
CERTAIN PARTS OF Queen Anne's County to trespass HUNT
on certain posted property, for the purpose of hunting, providing
penalties for violation of these provisions and providing also for
the effect of a violation upon certain licenses issued under Article
66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new Section 417A 418 be and it is hereby added to Article 18
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Queen Anne's County", NEW subtitle "Trespass", "HUNTING", to
follow immediately after Section 417 thereof, and to read as follows:
