(3) Kent County—Three hundred dollars per annum.
(4) Montgomery County—The salary of the director of the de-
partment of liquor control shall be fixed by the county manager with
the approval of the county council.
(5) Somerset County—Seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750)
per annum.
(6) Wicomico County—Five dollars per day for every day devoted
to the duties of the board, but not exceeding [seven] nine NINE
hundred dollars per annum, and a salary of three hundred dollars
per annum for the chairman of the board, in addition to and over
and above such compensation prescribed herein for members of the
said board.
(7) Worcester County—One hundred dollars per annum, with a
mileage fee of five cents per mile when in attendance upon meetings.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

AN ACT to add new Section 123A to the Code of Public Local Laws
of Calvert County (1963 Edition, being Article 5 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Calvert County", sub-title
"County Commissioners", to follow immediately after Section 123
thereof; to add new Section 60A to the Code of Public Local Laws
of Charles County (1959 Edition, being Article 9 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Charles County", sub-title
"County Commissioners", to follow immediately after Section 60
thereof; and to add new Section 58B to Article 19 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "St. Mary's
County", sub-title "County Commissioners", to follow immediately
after Section 58A thereof, as added by Chapter 533 of the Acts of
1963; to provide for the creation of a committee in Calvert County,
Charles County and St. Mary's County for the development and
utilization of human resources, and to authorize the County Com-
missioners of the respective counties to provide the necessary
financing for same.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 123A be and it is hereby added to the Code of Public
Local Laws of Calvert County (1963 Edition, being Article 5 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Calvert County",
sub-title "County Commissioners", to follow immediately after Section
123 thereof, and to read as follows:
