elections or special services rendered the said County Commissioners
shall, at the request and recommendation of the Supervisors of
Elections, allow such additional compensation as they may deem
commensurate with such special services rendered.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

(Senate Bill 598)

AN ACT to add new Section 119 (n) to Article 52 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1964 Replacement Volume), title "Justices of
the Peace", sub-title "Trial Magistrates System", to follow imme-
diately after Section 119 (m) thereof, raising the salary for the
substitute trial magistrate in Dorchester County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 119 (n) be and it is hereby added to Article 52 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Replacement Volume), title
"Justices of the Peace", sub-title "Trial Magistrates System", to
follow immediately after Section 119 (m) thereof, and to read as
follows:

119.

(n) In Dorchester County, the substitute trial magistrate shall
receive a salary of seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00) per
year.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 97B (a)
of Article 52 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Replace-
ment Volume), title "Justices of the Peace", sub-title "Trial Mag-
istrates System"; to provide for the salary of committing magis-
trates in Charles County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 97B (a) of Article 52 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1964 Replacement Volume), title "Justices of the Peace", sub-
title "Trial Magistrates System", be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
