920                              LAWS OF MARYLAND                      [CH. 662

CHAPTER 662
(Senate Bill 539)

AN ACT to add new Section 123A to the Code of Public Local Laws
of Calvert County (1963 Edition, being Article 5 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Calvert County", sub-
title "County Commissioners", to follow immediately after Section
123 thereof; and to add new Section 61A to the Code of Public
Local Laws of Charles County (1959 Edition, being Article 9 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Charles
County", sub-title "County Commissioners", sub-heading "Miscel-
laneous Appropriations", to follow immediately after Section 61
thereof, and to add new Section 58B to Article 19 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "St. Mary's
County", sub-title "County Commissioners", to follow immediately
after Section 58A thereof, as added by Chapter 533 of the Acts of
1963; to authorize the County Commissioners of Calvert, Charles
and St. Mary's Counties to appropriate annually on the part of
each county a sum for the use of the Tri-County Committee for
Community Action.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 123A be and it is hereby added to the Code of,
Public Local Laws of Calvert County (1963 Edition, being Article 5
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Calvert
County", sub-title "County Commissioners", to follow immediately
after Section 123 thereof, and to read as follows:

123A.

The County Commissioners of Calvert, Charles and St. Mary's
Counties are each authorized to appropriate annually the sum of five
thousand dollars ($5,000.00) in order to make a total of fifteen
thousand dollars ($15,000) available annually for the use of the
Tri-County Committee for Community Action.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That new Section 61A be and
it is hereby added to the Code of Public Local Laws of Charles County
(1959 Edition, being Article 9 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland), title "Charles County", sub-title "County Commissioners",
sub-heading "Miscellaneous Appropriations", to follow immediately
after Section 61 thereof, and to read as follows:

61A.

The County Commissioners of Calvert, Charles and St. Mary's
Counties are each authorized to appropriate annually the sum of five
thousand dollars ($5,000.00) in order to make a total of fifteen
thousand dollars ($15,000) available annually for the use of the
Tri-County Committee for Community Action.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That new Section 58B be and
it is hereby added to Article 19 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "St. Mary's County", sub-title
"County Commissioners", to follow immediately after Section 58A
thereof, as added by Chapter 533 of the Acts of 1963, and to read
