; and a certificate of letters testamentary or of administration,
issued by the orphans' court of Baltimore City or one of the counties,
shall be sufficient authority for the Department to transfer the title
to the vehicle of a deceased owner upon receipt of the title thereto
properly assigned by the personal representative of said deceased
owner.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

AN ACT to add new Section 38 (b) (6) to Article 33 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1964 Supplement), title
"Elections", sub-title "Registration by Permanent Boards of Reg-
istry", to follow immediately after Section 38 (b) (5) thereof;
providing for additional mandatory times and places for registra-
tion of voters in Frederick County, on request of either chairman
of the party central committee for Frederick County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 38 (b) (6) be and it is hereby added to Article 33
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1964 Supple-
ment) , title "Elections", sub-title "Registration by Permanent Boards
of Registry", to follow immediately after Section 38 (b) (5) thereof,
and to read as follows:
38. (b)
(6) Frederick County. In addition to the times and places for
registration otherwise required or permitted, the Board of Super-
visors of Elections for Frederick County must provide for registra-
tion of voters at such times and places as may be requested by the
respective chairman of the Republican or Democratic central com-
mittees for Frederick County; provided, however, that this section
shall not require the Board to provide for such additional registra-
tion more often than once every two years in any one election
district.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.
