building fund of the St. Mary's Hospital, Inc.]

[202¾. The County Commissioners of St. Mary's County are
hereby authorized to make an appropriation of $10,000.00 each year
for the next four years payable on July 1 of each year, not to exceed
the sum of $40,000.00 in the aggregate, for the building fund of the
St. Mary's Hospital, Inc.]

[64A. The said County Commissioners are hereby authorized to
pay to the St. Mary's Hospital, a sum not to exceed Thirteen Hundred
Dollars ($1,300).]

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

AN ACT to add a new Section 38D to Article 33 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1964 Supplement), title
"Elections", sub-title "Registration by Permanent Boards of Reg-
istry", to follow immediately after Section 38C thereof, authoriz-
ing a new general registration of voters in Anne Arundel County.
, AND TO PROVIDE THAT COPIES OF THE NEW LIST OF
REGISTERED VOTERS BE FURNISHED TO THE CHAIR-
MEN OF THE STATE CENTRAL COMMITTEE OF THE
DEMOCRATIC AND REPUBLICAN PARTIES* AND CERTAIN
CANDIDATES FOR PUBLIC OFFICE.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 38D be and it is hereby added to Article 33 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1964 Supplement),
title "Elections", sub-title "Registration by Permanent Boards of
Registry", to follow immediately after Section 38C thereof, and to
read as follows:

38D.

In Anne Arundel County a new general registration of all the
qualified voters of the county, in the discretion of the Board of
Supervisors of Elections, may SHALL be made in the calendar year
of 1965. If made, this THIS general registration shall be in all the
districts of Anne Arundel County. It shall be made in the same
manner and under the same rules in all respects as provided in this
article so far as the same may be applicable. The registration of
voters made under the provisions of this section shall supersede and
thereafter be used in the place of the present registration of voters
in Anne Arundel County. THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF
ELECTIONS SHALL FURNISH TO THE CHAIRMAN OF THE
STATE CENTRAL COMMITTEE OF THE DEMOCRATIC AND
