Commissioners from time to time, except that in no event may they
allocate and pay over to the Hospital a sum greater than one-half
the net profits arising from the operation of the dispensary.
Said
hospital shall use said funds for the repair or expansion of the
hospital buildings, for the establishment and maintenance of a
nurse's training school, for the purchase or replacement of necessary
equipment or to meet current operation expenses or deficits. Any
sum from said net proceeds over and above [the sum of $16,000.00]
that paid to the Hospital in each and every year shall be credited
by the County Commissioners of Dorchester County to a special fund
and thereafter used only for payments of the principal and/or
interest on any bonds or other certificates of indebtedness which are
outstanding and payable by the Board of County Commissioners
of Dorchester County.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

(Senate Bill 524)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 199A of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Dorchester County (1961
Edition, being Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland), title "Dorchester County", sub-title "Deer Hunting",
as added by Chapter 99 of the Acts of 1963; to authorize the
appointment of constables in Dorchester County to enforce the
law against hunting without a permit on private property during
the deer season, and to authorize the constables to stop and see
the permission to hunt and to arrest persons without permission.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 199A of the Code of Public Local Laws of Dorchester
County (1961 Edition, being Article 10 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland), title "Dorchester County", sub-title "Deer
Hunting", as added by Chapter 99 of the Acts of 1963, be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

199A.

(a) It is unlawful for any person to enter or trespass upon the
property of another for the purpose of hunting deer thereon during
the season for hunting deer with gun or rifle in Dorchester County,
unless such person shall have first secured from the owner or person
in possession of the property written permission to hunt thereon.
Any person hunting upon the property of another shall exhibit his
written permission to hunt thereon upon the request of the sheriff
or any deputy or any constable of the county or the owner or person
in possession. The sheriff, or any deputy sheriff or any constable
shall upon the request of the owner or person in possession of any
property on which there is hunting of deer arrest any person
thereon without the written permission of the owner or person in
