Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 56 of Article 7 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Carroll County", sub-title "Elec-
tricians", as said section was enacted by Chapter 798 of the Acts of
1959, be and it is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

AN ACT to repeal Section 313 of Article 7 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Carroll County",
sub-title "Railroads", repealing an obsolete local law of Carroll
County concerning the building of lines of electric railway com-
panies.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 313 of Article 7 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Carroll County", sub-title "Rail-
roads", be and it is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 43 of
Article 7 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Carroll County", sub-title "County Commissioners",
as said section was last amended by Chapter 699 of the Acts of
1955, and to repeal Section 45 of said Article and sub-title, as
enacted by Chapter 164 of the Acts of 1951, amending the local
laws concerning the County Commissioners of Carroll County in
order to correct an error in the law relating to the fire tax levy and
also in order to repeal an obsolete law relating to the construction
and equipment of a hospital and the acceptance of certain offers
therefor.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 43 of Article 7 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title "Carroll County", sub-title "County Commis-
sioners", as said section was last amended by Chapter 699 of the
Acts of 1955, be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted with
