(House Bill 1125)

AN ACT to add new Section 81Z to Article 66½ of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1964 Supplement), title
"Motor Vehicles," subtitle "Administration-Registration-Titling,"
to follow immediately after Section 81Y thereof, to set trailer
license registration fees for single-boat trailers of pleasurer water-
craft dealers.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 81Z be and it is hereby added to Article 66½ of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1964 Supple-
ment) , title "Motor Vehicles," subtitle "Administration-Registration-
Titling," to follow immediately after Section 81Y thereof, and to
read as follows:

81Z.

Pleasure watercraft dealers requiring single-boat trailer licenses
shall pay ten dollars ($10.00) per annum for the first two registra-
tion plates issued and five dollars ($5.00) for each additional plate
issued such dealer, such plates to be interchangeable as in the case
of dealers in motor vehicles.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
April 1, 1966 JUNE 1, 1965.

(House Bill 1128)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 51 (d)
of Article 25 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Supple-
ment), title "County Commissioners," subtitle "County Treas-
urers," increasing the salary of the County Treasurer of St.
Mary's County, and providing that the annual salary of the clerk
to the County Treasurer of St. Mary's County shall be as fixed
by the County Commissioners.
