CHAPTER 355
(House Bill 1056)

AN ACT to legalize the 1965 Edition of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Howard County, being Article 14 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, published under the direction of the
Board of County Commissioners of Howard County and making
provisions for the publication, sale and distribution thereof, and
authorizing the publication, sale and distribution of annual supple-
ments thereto.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the 1965 Edition of the Code of Public Local Laws of Howard
County, being Article 14 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, published under the direction of the Board of County Com-
missioners of Howard County be and the same is hereby legalized.
Said Code shall contain all Public Local Laws relating to Howard
County in effect at the completion of the 1965 Regular Session of
the General Assembly of Maryland; it shall be deemed and taken
in all the Courts of the State and by all Justices of the Peace and
Trial Magistrates of the State and by all other public officials of the
State and of any political subdivision thereof to be evidence of the
Public Local Laws of Howard County in existence at the time of
compilation.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the Board of County
Commissioners of Howard County be, and it is hereby authorized
and directed, to make an appropriation to provide for the publication
of said Code; and it is further authorized to provide for the sale and
distribution of said Code, cause to be published, sold and distributed
an annual supplement to the Code of Public Local Laws of Howard
County, 1965 Edition and to publish the same annually until such
time as a new Code of Public Local Laws is authorized.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

127, 129, 130, 131, 132 (c), 132 (e), 134 (a), 137 and 138 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Howard County (1957 Edition,
being Article 14 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland),
title "Howard County," subtitle "Metropolitan Commission," as
respectively last amended by Chapter 530 of the Acts of 1961, by
Chapter 369 of the Acts of 1963, by Chapter 745 of the Acts of
1961, by Chapter 773 of the Acts of 1961, by Chapter 825 of the
Acts of 1963, by Chapter 746 of the Acts of 1961, and by Chapter
369 of the Acts of 1963, relating to the Metropolitan Commission
