on April 1, 1965. The Code shall be deemed and taken in all the
courts of the State, by all justices of the peace and trial magistrates
of the State, and by all other public officials of the State and of its
several political subdivisions, to be evidence of the public local laws
of Caroline County in effect at the time of compilation.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the Board of County
Commissioners of Caroline County is authorized and directed to
make an appropriation to provide for the publication of the Code,
and the Board is further authorized to provide for the sale and
distribution of the Code.
Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1,1965.

CHAPTER 25
(Senate Bill 86)
AN ACT to repeal Section 341A of Article 6 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caroline County",
sub-title "Hucksters", as said section was enacted by Chapter 433
of the Acts of 1935, repealing an obsolete local law of Caroline
County which imposed license fees on certain hucksters, hawkers,
and peddlers selling fruits or vegetables in Caroline County, with
certain exemptions.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 341A of Article 6 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caroline County", sub-title "Huck-
sters", as said section was enacted by Chapter 433 of the Acts of
1935, be and it is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 231-234, inclusive, of Article 6 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Caroline County", sub-title "Fences", repealing a series of obsolete
local laws of Caroline County, relating to the construction and
maintenance of joint fences and to the effects of a non-compliance
with this law.
