conveyed, leased and encumbered and may be inherited or devised
by will, as if it were solely and entirely independent of the other
condominium units in the building or buildings of which it forms
a part. The said separate units shall have the same incidents as
real property and the corresponding individual titles and interest
therein shall be recordable.
Sec. 7. Be it further enacted, That Section 125 of said Code and
Article, be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
125.
The administration of every building or buildings constituted into
a horizontal property regime shall be governed by bylaws which shall
be inserted in or appended to and recorded with the master deed.
Sec. 8. Be it further enacted, That Section 126 (e) of said Code
and Article, be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
126.
(e) Designation, hiring, and dismissal of the personnel necessary
for the good working order of the building or buildings and for the
proper care of the general or limited common elements and to pro-
vide services for the building.
Sec. 9. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

CHAPTER 239
(House Bill 438)
AN ACT to add new Section 12A to Article 52 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1964 Supplement), title "Justices
of the Peace," subtitle "Civil Jurisdiction," to follow immediately
after Section 12 thereof, providing that in Montgomery County
where an action is pending before the Circuit Court for Mont-
gomery County, Maryland, which arises out of the same transaction
or occurrence that is the subject matter of an action before the
People's Court for Montgomery County, said People's Court, upon
application of any party, shall order said action before it removed
to the said Circuit Court for consolidation with said action therein
pending.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 12A be and it is hereby added to Article 52 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1964 Supple-
ment), title "Justices of the Peace," subtitle "Civil Jurisdiction," to
follow immediately after Section 12 thereof, and to read as follows:
