over to the town commissioners of the several incorporated towns
in the county, a sum of money [in their judgment sufficient] to assist
in improving and repairing the [road-beds] streets, alleys, and roads
of said towns. This sum of money for each town shall be equal to six
per centum of the total taxes levied and collected by the county upon
property within the limits of each such town, respectively.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

CHAPTER 21
(Senate Bill 82)
AN ACT to repeal Sections 474 and 475 of Article 6 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caroline
County", sub-title "Register of Wills", repealing obsolete local laws
of Caroline County concerning the general index and other books
in the office of register of wills and of the Orphans' Court of that
County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 474 and 475 of Article 6 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caroline County", sub-title
"Register of Wills", be and they are hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

(Senate Bill 83)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Section 491F of
Article 6 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Caroline County", sub-title "Roads", as said section
was enacted by Chapter 267 of the Acts of 1963, amending the
local laws of Caroline County concerning the powers of the County
Roads Board in order to correct a reference therein.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 491F of Article 6 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caroline County", sub-title "Roads",
as said section was enacted by Chapter 267 of the Acts of 1963, be
