Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 177 of Article 6 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caroline County", sub-title "Farm
Names", be and it is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

CHAPTER 15
(Senate Bill 74)
AN ACT to repeal Sections 365, 366 and 367 of Article 6 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caroline
County", sub-title "Lien of Livery Stable Keepers", repealing an
obsolete local law of Caroline County concerning charges for keep-
ing certain livestock and the lien resulting therefrom.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 365, 366 and 367 of Article 6 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caroline County",
sub-title "Lien of Livery Stable Keepers", be and they are hereby
repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

CHAPTER 16
(Senate Bill 75)
AN ACT to repeal Sections 79-84, inclusive, of Article 6 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caroline
County", sub-title "Circuit Court", sub-heading "Speedy Judgment
Act"; and to repeal Sections 85, 86 and 87 thereof, sub-heading
"Clerk"; and to repeal Sections 88, 89, 91, 92 and 93 thereof, sub-
heading "Law Library", and to repeal Section 95 thereof, sub-
heading "Court Stenographer", as said section was last amended
by Chapter 588 of the Acts of 1949; and to repeal Section 87A
thereof, sub-heading "Clerk", as said section was enacted by
Chapter 642 of the Acts of 1953, and to enact in lieu thereof a
new Section 87 A to stand in the place of the section so repealed,
repealing certain obsolete local laws of Caroline County with
respect to the Speedy Judgment Act, the duties and indexes of the
clerk of the circuit court, the organization and functions of the
law library, and the compensation of the court stenographer;
re-enacting a law concerning the recording of certificates of tax
sale and certificates of redemption by the clerk of the circuit
