CHAPTER 12
(Senate Bill 71)
AN ACT to repeal Section 123 of Article 6 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caroline County",
sub-title "Crier", as said section was amended by Chapter 542 of
the Acts of 1943, repealing an obsolete local law of Caroline
County concerning the compensation of the crier of the circuit
court.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 123 of Article 6 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caroline County", sub-title "Crier",
as said section was amended by Chapter 542 of the Acts of 1943, be
and it is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

CHAPTER 13
(Senate Bill 72)
AN ACT to repeal Sections 163 and 164 of Article 6 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caroline
County", sub-title "Drainage", repealing certain local laws of
Caroline County concerning the obstruction of drainage ditches
and the impeding of the free flow of water therein.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 163 and 164 of Article 6 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caroline County", sub-title
"Drainage", be and they are hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

AN ACT to repeal Section 177 of Article 6 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caroline County",
sub-title "Farm Names", repealing a local law of Caroline County
concerning the registration and recording of farm names.
