of such reports for a period of one (1) year. The report shall contain
the same information required in the memorandum retained by the
seller or donor and it shall further contain a statement of the manner
of the removal or obliteration of the manufacturer's serial number
or other identification number, if such may be determined.
Any person convicted of the violation of this section shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor and shall be sentenced to a fine not to exceed three
hundred dollars ($300.00) or shall be imprisoned in the County Jail
for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days, or both such fine and
imprisonment.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

CHAPTER 891
(House Bill 731)
AN ACT to add a new Section 32H to Article 26 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1964 Supplement), title
"Courts," subtitle "Circuit Courts for the Counties—Court Sten-
ographers," to follow immediately after Section 32G thereof,
making provisions for an additional Judge in Howard County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 32H be and it is hereby added to Article 26 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1964 Supplement),
title "Courts," subtitle "Circuit Courts for the Counties—Court Sten-
ographers," to follow immediately after Section 32G thereof, and
to read as follows:
32H.
In addition to the Circuit Court Judge for Howard County, for
which provision is now made, there shall be a second Judge who
likewise shall be a resident of Howard County. He shall be subject
to all the provisions of the Constitution and laws relating to the
Fifth Judicial Circuit and the several Judges thereof.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June SEPTEMBER 1, 1965.
