CHAPTER 801
(House Bill 461)

AN ACT to add new Section 162A to Article 66C of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Natural Resources," sub-
title "Birds, Game and Inland Water Fish," subheading "Water-
fowl and Migratory Birds," to follow immediately after Section
162 thereof, to prohibit the taking of fish in Talbot County AND
QUEEN ANNE'S COUNTY, during the migratory waterfowl
season, within a specified distance of any waterfowl blind which
is being used for shooting of such waterfowl, to prohibit the
taking of fish within a specified distance of waterfowl decoys
placed in the water to attract waterfowl to a hunting blind, and
to provide penalties for violations.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 162A be and it is hereby added to Article 66C of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Natural Re-
sources," subtitle "Birds, Game and Inland Water Fish," subheading
"Waterfowl and Migratory Birds," to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 162 thereof, and to read as follows:

162 A.

(a)  In Talbot County TALBOT AND QUEEN ANNE'S COUN-
TIES, during the season for taking of migratory waterfowl, it
is unlawful for any person to fish by any means within five hundred
(500) yards of any duck, goose or other migratory waterfowl hunt-
ing blind which is occupied and is then being used for the shooting
of or attempting to shoot migratory waterfowl.

(b)   Violation of this section is punishable upon conviction by fine
not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

CHAPTER 802
(House Bill 485)

AN ACT to amend the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's
County (1963 Edition), being Article 17 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Prince George's County," subtitle
"County Commissioners," to add a new subsection to be known
as Section 18-24 "Urban Areas" to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 18-23, authorizing the County Commissioners for Prince
George's County, Maryland, to provide for the construction and
reconstruction of streets, roads, alleys, sidewalks, curbs and
gutters and storm drainage incident to such construction, and

Further to provide for municipal functions, services such as
street lighting, street signs, street cleaning and maintenance,
