property line of the Ocean Highway, the bearing of said 26th Street

plat of Ocean City, Maryland, and the easterly side of the U. S. Gov-
ernment Channel which point is plus or minus 4,700 feet westerly
of the westerly side of the Ocean Highway; thence S 86° 88' 88" E
