"Courts", sub-title "Circuit Courts for the Counties—Court
Stenographers", to follow immediately after Section 32G thereof,
creating an additional judgeship in the Second Judicial Circuit,
and relating to the provisions applicable to the appointee in this
position.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new Section 32H be and it is hereby added to Article 26 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1964 Supplement),
title "Courts", sub-title "Circuit Courts for the Counties—Court
Stenographers", to follow immediately after Section 32G thereof, and
to read as follows:

32H.

In addition to the four judges for the Second Judicial Circuit for
which provision has been made, there shall be an additional and fifth
judge. He shall be subject to all the provisions of the Constitution
and laws relating to the Second Judicial Circuit and the several
judges thereof.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1965.

AN ACT to add a new Section 15A to the Code of Public Local Laws
of Worcester County (1961 Edition, being Article 24 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Worcester County",
sub-title '"Beaches", to follow immediately after Section 15 thereof
and to be under the new sub-heading "Isle of Wight and Assa-
woman Bays", defining a so-called borrow area limit line and a
so-called fill and bulkhead line in Isle of Wight and Assawoman
Bays in Worcester County, imposing certain restrictions upon the
removal of sand or other solid fill materials from one CERTAIN
of these areas, regulating the building and maintaining of bulk-
heads and the filling in of sand or other solid matter in a portion
of this area THESE AREAS , AUTHORIZING THE PREPARA-
TION AND RECORDATION OF A PLAT OF THE BORROW
LINE AND THE FILL AND BULKHEAD LINE, and relating
generally to bulkheading and filling and excavating in certain
parts of Isle of Wight and Assawoman Bays in Worcester County.
