Baltimore County the hours shall be from 6 o'clock A.M. to 2 o'clock
A.M. on the day following, except in Montgomery County there shall
be no sale before 11 o'clock A.M.

84.

(c)   The hours during which the privileges conferred by a Class C
beer and light wine license may be exercised shall be from 6 o'clock
A.M. to 12 o'clock midnight. Provided that in Baltimore City and in
Baltimore County the hours shall be from 6 o'clock A.M. to 2 o'clock
A.M. on the day following, except in Montgomery County there shall
be no sale before 11 o'clock A.M.

84.

(d)   The hours during which the privileges conferred by a Class D
beer and light wine license may be exercised shall be from 6 o'clock
A.M. to 12 o'clock midnight. Provided that in Baltimore City and
Baltimore County the hours shall be from 6 o'clock A.M. to 1 o'clock
A.M. on the day following, except in Montgomery County there shall
be no sale before 9 o'clock A.M.

85.

(b) The hours during which the privileges conferred by a Class B
beer, wine and liquor license may be exercised shall be from 6 o'clock
A.M. to 2 o'clock A.M. on the day following. Provided, that (1) in
Annapolis the hours shall be as fixed by the mayor, counsellor and
aldermen of the City of Annapolis, and (2) in Cecil County the hours
for hotels shall be from 7 o'clock A.M. to 12 o'clock midnight, and in
Kent County the hours shall be from 6 o'clock A.M. to 1 o'clock A.M.
In Queen Anne's County the hours shall be from 6 o'clock A.M. to
12 o'clock midnight. In Montgomery County the hours shall be from
11 o'clock A.M. to 12 o'clock midnight.

86.

(h) In Montgomery County no person shall consume any alcoholic
beverages on any premises open to the general public, or any place
of public entertainment, which holds a Class B, Class C or Class D
Beer License; or a Class B, Class C, or Class D Beer and Light Wine
License; or a Class H Beer and Light Wine License; or a Class B,
Beer, Wine and Liquor License, nor shall any owner, operator or
manager of said premises or place knowingly permit such consump-
tion of alcoholic beverages between 12:30 o'clock A.M. and the next
succeeding hour authorized by law for sales to begin under the re-
spective licenses. All containers of alcoholic beverages shall be re-
moved from the table or tables prior to 12:30 o'clock A.M.

89.

(f) In Montgomery County upon application to the Board of
License Commissioners at least sixty days (60) in advance said Com-
missioners may issue a special permit authorizing on sale licensees
therein to stay open and sell alcoholic beverages subject to the pro-
visions of this Article on January 1 until 2 o'clock A.M.

119.

(b) This section shall apply only to Allegany, Carroll, Charles,
Harford, Kent, Montgomery, Queen Anne's and Washington counties.
