fide entertainment conducted by a club, society or association at the
place therein described for a period not exceeding seven consecutive
days, upon the payment of a fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) per day;
provided that the provisions of § 103 of this article shall not apply
to holders of this license and alcoholic beverages sold under this
special license shall be purchased by such special license holder from
retail dealers. In Baltimore County the fee for such a license shall
be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per day, except that for any bona fide
religious, fraternal, civic, war veterans', hospital or charitable organi-
zation, the fee for such a license shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00).
This license shall not be issued in Montgomery County.
37.
(c) In Montgomery County it is unlawful for any person, corpora-
tion, club or organization conducting a profit making business on his
or its premises or on premises under his or its possession or control, if
these premises constitute a restaurant, tavern, hotel, club, place of
public entertainment, or premises open to the public, to sell, give,
serve, dispense or keep on the said premises any alcoholic beverages
other than as specifically permitted and provided in this Article.
83.
(a) The hours during which the privileges conferred by a Class A
beer license may be exercised shall be from 6 o'clock A.M. to 12
o'clock midnight, on every day except Sunday, except in Montgomery
County there shall be no sale before 9 o'clock A.M.

(b) The hours during which the privileges conferred by a Class B
beer license may be exercised shall be from 6 o'clock A.M. to 12
o'clock midnight, except in Montgomery County there shall be no sale
before 11 o'clock A.M.

(c) The hours during which the privileges conferred by a Class C
beer license may be exercised shall be from 6 o'clock A.M. to 12
o'clock midnight, except in Montgomery County there shall be no sale
before 11 o'clock AM.
83.
(d) The hours during which the privileges conferred by a Class D
beer license may be exercised shall be from 6 o'clock A.M. to 12 o'clock
midnight. Provided that (1) in Garrett County the hours shall be
from 7 o'clock A.M. to 12 o'clock midnight, (2) in Howard County
and Kent County the hours shall be from 6 o'clock A.M. to 1 o'clock
A.M., (3) in Montgomery County the hours shall be 9 o'clock A.M. to
12 o'clock midnight.
84.
(a) The hours during which the privileges conferred by a Class A
beer and light wine license may be exercised shall be from 6 o'clock
A.M. to 12 o'clock midnight, on every day except Sunday, except in
Montgomery County there shall be no sale before 9 o'clock A.M.
