Somerset County by changing the amount contributed thereto by Somerset
County, changing the size of the hospital, removing unnecessary require-
ments relating to reimbursement of the County and relating to the State
agency which is to cooperate with the County in this project.

House Bill No. 27—By Delegate Silk:

A Bill entitled: An Act to repeal Section 474 of the Charter and
Public Local Laws of Baltimore City (1949 Edition, being Article 4 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Baltimore City," sub-
title "Councilmanic and Legislative Districts," and to enact a new Section
474 in lieu thereof to stand in the place of the section so repealed and to
be under the new subtitle "Boundaries of Legislative Districts," revising
the boundaries of the several Legislative Districts of Baltimore City,
providing for the effect of this Act and relating generally to the Legislative
Districts of Baltimore City, and to the members of the General Assembly
therefrom.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Committee on
Rules.

A Bill entitled: An Act to repeal Section 474 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Baltimore City (1949 Edition), being Article 4 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Baltimore City," subtitle
"Councilmanic and Legislative Districts" and to enact a new Section 474
in lieu thereof to stand in the place of the section so repealed and to be
under the new subtitle "Legislative Districts" revising the boundaries of
the several Legislative Districts of Baltimore City, providing for the ef-
fect of this Act and relating generally to the Legislative Districts of
Baltimore City, and to the members of the General Assembly therefrom.

A Bill entitled: An Act to authorize and empower the Board of
Trustees of the State Colleges and the Board of Regents of the University
of Maryland to acquire by purchase or condemnation the fee simple in-
terests or such other interests as it may deem necessary in certain parcels
of land and other property in the State for the expansion, respectively,
of Frostburg State College, Towson State College, and the University of
Maryland, and relating generally to the condemnation of land in certain
educational institutions of this State and to the procedure applicable
thereto.
