A Bill entitled: An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 80 of Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
Edition), title "Elections," subtitle "Party Conventions," providing that
in the State Conventions of certain political parties the nominations for
United States Senator, Governor, Attorney General, and Comptroller shall
go to the respective candidates receiving the highest number of votes cast
throughout the State; establishing the procedure for nominations to these
four offices; and relating generally to nominations made by certain politi-
cal parties to the offices of United States Senator, Governor, Attorney
General and Comptroller.

A Bill entitled: An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 151 (d) of Article 66½ of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1963
Supplement), title "Motor Vehicles," subtitle "Unsatisfied Claim and
Judgment Fund," to increase the rate of the annual assessment under the
Unsatisfied Claim and Judgment Fund on insurance companies writing
automobile liability insurance in the State.

House Bill No. 33—By the Anne Arundel County Delegation:
A Bill entitled: An Act to add new Section 10D to Article 25 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1963 Supplement), title "County Commis-
sioners," subtitle "General Provisions," to follow immediately after Sec-
tion IOC thereof, enabling the County Commissioners of Anne Arundel
County to adopt local regulations designed to prevent conflicts of interest
of county officers, including the County Commissioners, and to govern the
conduct and actions of all county officers in the performance of their
public duties and to provide penalties, including removal from office, for
violations of any such regulations.
